Admissions – How to Apply


Whenever possible, application should be made in person through a personal interview. For students living out of state or out of the country, special arrangements can be made. Applicants must provide necessary transcripts from high school, GED test sites, or previous colleges or sign a transcript request form giving the admissions representative permission to obtain those transcripts.

There is a $10 fee for outgoing transcripts, and a $5 fee for transcripts for in-school students. You may request a transcript by contacting the College Registrar.   All requests must be written and include your signature and the fee. You must include the name under which you were enrolled, the year of graduation, and your social security number.   Transcripts are normally processed within two weeks upon receipt of your request.

Financial Aid

The admissions representative will provide the financial aid paperwork necessary for the applicant. It is the applicant's responsibility to follow through with scheduled financial aid appointments. At WTBC, paperwork is filed electronically whenever possible, allowing for faster results.


Enrollments at WTBC are limited. Therefore, you should make application as soon as possible to ensure a reserved seat when classes begin.
